I have been making models since 2012, since I was 10 years old. To this day I’ve mainly made aircrafts from WW2 to modern day fighters. I’m especially interested in “Luftwaffe 1946” planes and cold war Russian fighters. I am trying to get into armour and earlier vehicles like pre-war or WW1 which I’m getting more and more interested in. Back when I started to make models, it introduced me to many new things which probably makes me the person I am today. Such as aviation, military and general modern history, practical work and to a whole new community where I’ve met great people and learned many things from them that helped me improve at doing what I love.
Let’s say that scale modelling helped me find out who I wanted to be. With my love for aviation and hands on working skills this hobby helped me develop. I have been thinking of joining a formation which specializes in aircraft manufacturing and then work for an aircraft manufacturer.
Here are some pictures of some of my work and some other aviation related things. Thank you for visiting the IPMS Abingdon website, me and the rest of the club hope to see you at one of our club nights! You can find the dates in the diary.
Thank you for your time!
